Refund policy
At MyLittlePaws, we want you and your pets to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products such as grooming items, opened pet beds, and used accessories cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
